We started Integration Supplies to give systems integrators products shaped by real feedback from the Australian industry — not the other way around.
Integration Supplies was founded in 2009, but the thinking behind it goes back much further — to a career in broadcast television and professional AV dating to 1985. That's a long time to watch products get designed in boardrooms far from the people who'd actually install and support them.
So we built the company the other way around: let Australian systems integrators tell us what they actually need, then find or shape the product to match — rather than handing over a catalogue and hoping it fits.
If a standard configuration doesn't quite suit your project, we'd rather adapt the product than ask you to compromise. That flexibility — being able to tailor hardware to a specific customer's needs — is something we hear about constantly from partners as the reason they keep coming back.
We're a small, dedicated team. That's deliberate — it means the person who answers your call actually knows your account, your project, and your history with us.
Integration Supplies sells exclusively to systems integrators, resellers and installers — never direct to end users. If you're an end customer researching one of our products, that's welcome; we're glad to provide product information and support to anyone who needs it. But the purchase itself goes through your integrator or dealer, not us.
That's not a technicality — it's the model. Our partners are who we build this business around, and staying trade-only is how we keep that relationship straightforward and never in competition with the people who install and support our products every day.
It would be easy to add more logos to the website. We haven't, because that's not the point. Every brand we carry earns its place on quality and value for money — not to pad out a catalogue. If a product doesn't hold up, we don't distribute it, no matter how it looks on a brand list.
