• Trade account details — name, business name, business address, ABN, phone number, and email address, when you apply for a trade account.
• Quote and enquiry details — name, email, phone number, and the content of your message, when you submit a quote request or contact form.
• Account activity — login sessions and approval status, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Order information — if you make a purchase through the site, order details and, where applicable, payment confirmation (card details themselves are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers).
• Basic usage data — such as which products you've recently viewed, stored locally in your own browser to improve your experience. This is not sent to us and stays on your device.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your trade account, including verifying your eligibility for trade pricing
• To respond to quote requests and general enquiries
• To process and fulfil orders
• To send you information relevant to your account or order, such as approval status or order confirmations
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of our website

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share information with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this website. Your information may pass through:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which securely stores account, order, and quote data
• Netlify — our website hosting provider
• Zapier — used to route new quote request notifications to our team via email
• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe), where applicable — for processing any online payments; we do not see or store full card details

We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

4. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including the use of encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Access, correction, and deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cookies and local storage

Our site uses minimal local browser storage to remember things like recently viewed products. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
