Integration Supplies is a trade-only distributor. We sell to systems integrators, resellers, and installers — not directly to end consumers. Trade accounts are subject to review and approval, and we reserve the right to decline, suspend, or revoke trade account access at our discretion.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images on this site are accurate. However, manufacturers may update specifications, and actual products may vary slightly from images shown. Where a discrepancy exists, the manufacturer's official specification sheet takes precedence over website content.
Dealer pricing shown to approved trade accounts is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Recommended retail pricing (RRP), where shown, is inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a quote or order confirmation.
Quote requests submitted through this site are not binding orders. A quote will be followed up directly by our team, and any resulting order is subject to separate confirmation of price, availability, and delivery terms. Where online purchasing is enabled for a product, an order is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you have received order confirmation from us.
We ship from our warehouse in Boronia, Victoria, Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
Products are covered by their applicable manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the terms provided by the relevant manufacturer at the time of purchase. Please contact us to arrange any warranty claim or to discuss a return.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integration Supplies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
